More Guelph, Dufferin and Wellington Counties residents drink in a high-risk way compared to the rest of Ontario. The Wellington Guelph Drug Strategy is concerned about this fact. It is our mandate to work on substance issues in Guelph, Dufferin and Wellington Counties.
